We’re working with a well-established hospitality group that focuses on delivering smooth, memorable guest experiences across a portfolio of quality properties. Their reservations team plays a key role in shaping that experience from the very first interaction.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional way
- Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and rapport
- Managing reservations from initial enquiry through to arrival
- Making sure all booking details are accurate and clearly communicated
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Keeping systems and records updated and organised
What we’re looking for
- Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- A proactive approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality is ideal
- Experience with booking or property management systems is a bonus

- Work Days: Thursday to Monday you would be working weekends and public holidays. If this is the case, the salary will be annualised. Also open to looking at candidates that are willing to work every second weekend or other arrangements.
